The house in Kfar Saba is the third project designed by Merav Berman and Mickey Keter for the same owners. Berman explains that their prior acquaintance is very significant; this is expressed in choices and precise details and above all allows [the architects] to depart with their clients to distant and yet not disconnected places.

This is only possible after prior acquaintance and previous projects. The project is a modernist duplex, designed for a couple with an adolescent son who lives in the house. The ground floor includes an extensive hospitality area, with decorative doors behind hidden spaces, behind which are guest services and the son's suite.
